Garden fresh

All the greens in our lunch were provided by the back yard.
Birds Eye view of our gardens (back yard). It's been in the low 70's for the last two weeks and raining every afternoon (plus the bonus of tornado's on occasion.) So the spinach, lettuce and strawberries have been great. Hopefully it will warm up soon so we will get baby doll watermelons and 1000 pound pumpkins before we run out of growing season in September.

  1. Down here in Houston, they're already having tomato contests! Take pictures of the garden through the summer--I'm curious to see how much of it fills out the empty spaces.

  3. I love the garden and the super long garden hose! Keep us posted on the progress. What else are you growing? I love the mow-free backyard too.
