Zero!

Kenny is always busy lately. Everyone tries to keep an eye on him or he gets into stuff. I asked him this morning if he needed a new diaper and he told me, "no, no, no." The older kids had him saying Zero over and over for some reason and they got him to yell, "Amen" when the missionaries were over for dinner.

It's a tie

The boys wore new white shirts and ties to church today. The red and black tie came with Kenny's 2t outfit and the yellow and blue came with Adam's size 6. Jon wanted to know why Kenny needed two ties. Since Adam played with his tie through church and Primary, nobody probably noticed that it only went down 3/4 way down his shirt.

The winner

Patrick's Trails West Elementary 5th grade math team took 3rd place in their division at the district math competition. I think he should wear his medal to school on Monday like Napoleon Dynamite. Good Job !and on a Saturday, when he usually likes to let his brain rot.

If there is a Ken, there is a way

I found Kenny in the sink yesterday but all the chairs that he could move into the kitchen were on the dining room table. Yeah, it looks like a burn unit needs to be on standby. Great.

It's in the bag

Tonight I went to a white elephant gift exchange. One the gifts was a Victoria Secret bag filled with shopping bags and a note by Joni Howard. I did not get this gift (I got salad bowls) but I so need it.

Is your life dull?
Does your day consist of boring chores, dirty diapers, unappreciative people or lousy co-workers?
Are you a one-stop Walmart shopper?
Well, your life is about to change!! Pour out (onto the floor) the contents of the beautiful pink bag and watch out, you’re about to experience instant wonderfulness!!
You are now the proud owner of the one and only, unique, never seen before
BAG – O – BAGS Platinum Collection.
(Receipts are a bonus!)
Not one of these BAG – O – BAGS is the same.
Now you can keep your sorry life a secret and put on the façade of a lifetime. Friends will delight that you have gone “green” and what better way to recycle your bags than to do it with style.
Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich? Who needs to know about your uncreative choice of lunch when you pack it up in a Chipotle bag!
Can’t afford organic? Who’s going to know when you bring it home in a SUNFLOWER bag!
Returning dishes to a friend? Why not put them in a GAP bag, no one will know you have a “gap” in your budget and never shop there anyway.
Visiting Teaching treat? Bake your own treat but deliver it in a Panera bag, they’ll think you spent a mint on them!
Gotta make a return at Walmart? Bring in your returns in a Tilly’s, American Eagle, Buckle, Express or Abercrombie bag – let them assume this is really quite an inconvenience for you to have to step into Walmart!
Never traveled outside of Aurora, Colorado – who needs to know!! With the Tokyo Disney, BYU, Vail Resort, M&M World and Macey’s Grocers bags you’ll have everyone fooled into thinking you spend more time abroad than at home.
The BAG-O-BAGS Platinum Collection has a money back guarantee, so if you aren’t getting the results you expected we’ll send you the
BIG BLACK TRASH-O BAG
to put your BAG-O-BAGS Platinum Collection in and you can go back to same old, same old, life as usual.
