The hail storm that hit the area in June, left us with insurance money to get a new roof and new siding. I was excited that we would get to change the color of the house from white to ? Today we picked the colors- Green and Cream. After the sider left, Mike pointed out that I picked the same colors of my blog. I know what I like? What comes next, a duck pond in the front yard, a purple door or a duck emblem above the front window? Oh dear, I mean oh duck.

Colors

What, they didn't have anything in pink? I doubt a homeowner's association would like that though. :)
ReplyDeleteAuthor Sandra Cisneros lives in a purple house in San Antonio. It's caused a lot of friction in her neighborhood. I think if I had some sort of public persona, I wouldn't advertise it by having the only purple house in the city...
Hahahaha! I was just about to say, "Not a pink house?" I think the green and cream will look great though. If I recall correctly, you changed your blog color to green around St. Patrick's Day. I thought it was a holiday theme. I guess it stuck.
