We had strep throat for Thanksgiving
The kids always make "marshmallow turkeys" on Thanksgiving. Being that I have strep throat and a couple of the children are throwing up this was as close as we got to turkey today. Oh well.
I'm so sorry! You'll have to have a make-up day. I remember about 3 or 4 years ago, my husband had the stomach flu. I cooked dinner for myself, the kids and my in-laws, burned my hand in the process and puked up dinner later that night. I guess you win some and you lose some! Hopefully your Christmas will be better.
