When my Grandma McGinnis died I received 2 books. One was a book of memoirs written by hand. The other book was published in 1985 it is Grandma's genealogy of her dad and mom and back at least 10 generations. A couple of weeks ago the church unveiled a new family tree program and I opened the books and found the information was pretty much ready to put in. There was some already in the database but not all. Here's Megan and Mike going over info from the book versus that on the program. It is really neat to see the pedigree chart go back and back.
