I was loading the dishwasher when Mike came in and said that we should go up to the park and see the sunset. I almost said no but then I thought that these dishes are not going anywhere. I called the kids- had to find clothes for Mary, Jon had to find a frisbee, Patrick a soccer ball, Adam- shoes- and we hopped in the van to go up the hill to the park.
We made it for the last little bit and played around in the fading light for about 30 minutes. The little lights on Mary's shoes blinked behind her.
